Sathyan Iyengar has over 15 years of management, operations, business development and engineering experience in the networking, embedded systems and computer industry. Mr. Iyengar has served as President and CEO since co-founding Intoto in 1998 and has been instrumental in positioning the company as a leading provider of Network-Centric security software platforms to OEMs in the communications market. Prior to Intoto, Mr. Iyengar co-founded Technology Rendezvous. Inc., an embedded systems and networking consulting company where he held business development and operational management positions. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Iyengar has held numerous engineering and product management positions at Oracle, Consilium, HCL-HP, and ISRO Satellite Center. Mr. Iyengar holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India, and a B.E degree in mechanical engineering from the SJ College of Engineering, Mysore, India.

Surya Narayana Murthy (SNM) has nearly 30 years of strong management and organizational experience in the communications and connectivity industry. Prior to joining Intoto in 2000, Mr. Murthy was the president and COO of Rendezvous on Chip (ROC). He previously held the position of vice president of operations for VJ Infosystems Ltd., India, and has also worked in various capacities for OMC Computers, ORG Systems, and the Indian Space Research Organization Sriharikota Launching Station. Mr. Murthy received a B.E. with distinction in electronics and communication engineering from Osmania University in 1975.

Subramanyam V. Dronamraju (DV) has more than 14 years of management and engineering experience which lends to his role of overseeing Intoto’s business development strategies. In addition to positioning Intoto as a leader in the software ODM market, Mr. Dronamraju has been instrumental in extending the company’s market leadership into the Asia-Pacific arena. Prior to joining Intoto in 1999, he was a management consultant with Arthur D. Little, where he led several strategic initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. Mr. Dronamraju also possesses extensive experience in developing and deploying solutions for enterprise virus prevention and data protection systems. He holds a B.E. (Honors) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India and a master’s degree in management from the Arthur D. Little School of Management in Boston.

Srinivasa Addepalli brings over 19 years of software design and development experience to his position as CTO and Chief Architect. Prior to joining Intoto in 1998, Mr. Addepalli played executive roles with several influential companies in the networking industry such as including Holontec, NEC, Hughes Networking Systems, Sequent, HP and WiPro Systems. He holds a B.E. (Honors) in electrical and electronics engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani, India.

Satish Swarnkar has over 15 years of proven expertise in software engineering technologies, project management, product development, services, customer management and technical marketing. Prior to joining Intoto in 2001, he was vice president of engineering and chief technology officer for IPCircuit Inc. and TRI, responsible for engineering management and technical direction of the company. Mr. Swarnkar has managed several high profile multi-million dollar projects, established major partnerships, and has received prestigious awards in his career. He also served many years in Wipro Infotech R&D and HCL Technologies. He holds a B.E. in electronics and communication engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Warangal, India.
