CSN Murthy, Founder and Chairman of the Board

CSN Murthy has more than 20 years experience in product initiatives and development for networking and embedded systems. He co-founded Intoto, Inc. with Sathyan Iyengar and was responsible for establishing the company's executive team. With his extensive experience in networking systems and silicon technology, Mr. CSN Murthy provided strategic direction to Intoto for its product development in the areas of networking, security, and VoIP. In addition, he took the responsibility of establishing the offshore center for Intoto in India. Prior to co-founding Intoto, he founded Technology Rendezvous Inc., and grew it to over $6 million in revenues. Before embarking on ventures, Mr. CSN Murthy worked at ISI, NEC and National Semiconductors where he designed embedded system products. He holds a masters degree from IIT, Delhi, India.


Sathyan Iyengar, Founder, President and CEO

Sathyan Iyengar has over 15 years of management, operations, business development and engineering experience in the networking, embedded systems and computer industry. Mr. Iyengar has served as President and CEO since co-founding Intoto in 1998 and has been instrumental in positioning the company as a leading provider of Network-Centric security software platforms to OEMs in the communications market. Prior to Intoto, Mr. Iyengar co-founded Technology Rendezvous. Inc., an embedded systems and networking consulting company where he held business development and operational management positions. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Mr. Iyengar has held numerous engineering and product management positions at Oracle, Consilium, HCL-HP, and ISRO Satellite Center. Mr. Iyengar holds a masters degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi, India, and a B.E degree in mechanical engineering from the SJ College of Engineering, Mysore, India.


Katherine Jen, Managing Partner, AsiaTech Management

A seasoned investment executive of over 20 years, Katherine Jen founded AsiaTech Management in 1997. She has substantial experience in general business finance, deal structuring, and venture capital funding. Ms. Jen played a key role in setting up the first six venture funds in Taiwan and also helped start the successful semiconductor industry there. Since the inception of the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world's leading semiconductor foundry, Katherine had been heavily involved with the company's strategic decisions and became very instrumental in its infant stage. She then served as a member of the Board of Directors of TSMC in the late 1980s. Ms. Jen was the Director and Deputy Executive Secretary of the Development Fund of the Taiwanese government for seven years. She also worked closely with major banks in Taiwan and served as a board member of the International Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). Ms. Jen sits on the board of a number of private companies and was a board member of Netscreen Technologies prior to the acquisition by Juniper. She received her LLB from National Taiwan University.


Gary Wang, VP of JVCO Technology, 3Com Corporation

Gary Wang has worked for 3Com Corporation for 17 years where he held many senior management positions in manufacturing, engineering, and operations. In his active role as vice president of the Joint Venture Company (JVCO) Technology, he is responsible for the technologies of the Huawei/3Com joint venture.  In 1993, Mr. Wang created the Mobile Division (MPD), a business division focused on mobile communication solutions. From 2000 to 2002, he served as vice president and general manager of the Personal System Business Unit (PSB).  Mr. Wang currently serves on the board of directors of the Global Monte Jade Association, the Chiao-Tung NC Alumni Association, and the Mahabodhi USA Association.  He holds a masters degree in electrical engineering from Arizona State University and a bachelor degree in telecommunication engineering from Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan. Mr. Wang is also an alumnus of Stanford University through the executive program of Graduate School of Business.
